One call connects you to our dedicated Amigo-US service line with English speaking technicians who are ready to assist you at all times by dialing *166 from your phone or 057-575757 from any phone. How do I use my phone? You can click here for the instruction page or here to download, view and print the instruction card in Microsoft Word format. How do I dial an international destination? Amigo make dialing international destinations simple. From the amigo phone, press and hold the 0 for about a second, the 0 will change and turn into a +, then simply dial 1, the area code and the number. (for example to dial the Amigo-US NY office press and hold the 0 until you see the + appear then dial 17182585200, so +17182585200) How does the billing work? Invoices are generated monthly and charged to your credit card after 48 hours grace period, allowing you the opportunity to review the charges. Invoices are sent either to the e mail account you have designated on your application, or if you choose a hard copy can be mailed for a small fee. What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen? You must call our US office at 718-258-5200 (+17182585200 or 01417182585200 from Israel) immediately so the phone ca be disconnected. If however you come to our voice mail system kindly contact technical support in Israel at *166 from any Amigo phone or 057-575757 from any other phone and have them disconnect the phone, then call our US office during regular business hours.
